What is spiritual direction?
Spiritual direction is all about listening. Truly listening. A typical spiritual direction session lasts about 40 to 50 minutes, and my role is just to open up space to for us to listen together where God is at work in your life. About Wes Kendall
I am ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA) with over fourteen years of ministry experience. I have been engaged in spiritual direction for over ten years, and I have a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from St. Meinrad Seminary in Southern Indiana. My passion is to help others regain a deeper sense of God and their own unique selves, and I see spiritual direction as being at the center of all good pastoral ministry.
